Data Processing Statement

When you apply for a position through this website, we will collect personal data contained in your application. This personal data may be provided by you directly, obtained from publicly available sources (such as LinkedIn), or provided to us by individuals recommending you for potential employment.

Your personal data will be used to manage recruitment-related activities to protect our legitimate interests, including but not limited to evaluating your candidacy at Moi Studio, arranging and conducting interviews and tests, evaluating results, and other necessary matters in the recruitment and employment process.

Moi Studio will retain your personal data throughout the recruitment and selection process. After the application process ends or is completed, we will delete your personal data within 4 weeks. If your job application is unsuccessful, your personal data will be deleted and will no longer be retained by Moi Studio.

In accordance with relevant laws and regulations, you have the right to request access to, modification, or deletion of your personal data, and may request restrictions on the processing of your personal data. Additionally, you have the right to request your data be transferred in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
